HPC + AI Wall Street 2023 will take place at the InterContinental New York Times Square, located at 300 West 44th Street, the crossroads of Manhattan’s theater, dining, entertainment, and business worlds.
A light breakfast and snacks will be served each morning and afternoon of the conference. All exhibitors and end users will be served lunch at 1pm. All are welcome to attend a cocktail party on Tuesday evening. Enjoy a special discounted room rate for up to three days prior and three days after the event.

A limited number of rooms are offered to conference attendees at the discounted rate of $349 per night for the nights of September 23 through September 30, through Friday, September 22, 5pm ET.
All rooms come with complimentary WiFi and access to the 24-hour fitness center. Reservations can be made by calling 888-465-4329 and identifying this event or through our special booking link.
Three executive one-bedroom suites with attached parlors for small meetings are available at the discounted rate of $2,000 per night through 5pm ET on September 22. All are 1,400 square feet and located on the top three floors of the hotel with floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping skyline views.

Reservations made after the cut-off date or after the group room block has been filled (whichever comes first) will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis. Rooms are limited, so please book early.
